• Are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation
• Are not sold or shared with third parties

By using our service, you agree that callers to your business number will be recorded. You are responsible for ensuring your customers are aware calls may be recorded, in accordance with applicable laws.

• Service providers who assist in delivering our platform (including Resend for email, Mobile Message for SMS, and AI processing providers) — all bound by confidentiality obligations
• Stripe for payment processing
