Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime — No Lock-In

There are no contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees with Zero Missed. You can cancel at any time. To cancel, email hello@zeromissed.com.au with your business name and registered email address. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

30-Day Activation Guarantee

If Zero Missed does not capture at least one qualified lead in your first 30 days of active service, you may claim a full refund of your first month's payment.

How to claim:

  1. Email hello@zeromissed.com.au within 7 days after your first 30 days of service
  2. Include your business name and a brief description of your concern
  3. We will review your account and process the refund within 5 business days if eligible

Service Issues and Outages

If our service experiences a significant outage or technical failure lasting more than 24 continuous hours, we will apply a pro-rata credit to your next billing period. This does not apply to outages caused by third-party telecommunications providers or force majeure events.
