By signing up for Zero Missed, accessing our platform, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Zero Missed provides a managed AI receptionist service for Australian trades businesses. The service includes:
Core Plan: $497/month. Limited time offer: $397/month.
All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable. Your subscription is charged monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Delatite Pty Ltd to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice to your registered email address.
If Zero Missed does not capture at least one qualified lead in your first 30 days of active service, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first month's payment.
To claim the guarantee:
This guarantee applies to your first month only and does not apply to renewals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@zeromissed.com.au. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period, except under the 30-Day Activation Guarantee.

You are responsible for forwarding or redirecting your existing business number to your Zero Missed number if you choose to do so.
Our service records calls to your dedicated business number. Australian law generally permits call recording where one party to the call consents (typically the business). You accept responsibility for ensuring your use of our service complies with applicable telecommunications laws in your state and territory. We recommend displaying a brief notice on your website or marketing materials that calls may be recorded.
All content, software, and technology that makes up the Zero Missed platform is owned by Delatite Developments Pty Ltd. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of our platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make a payment after 7 days notice, or use the service for unlawful purposes. On termination, your dedicated number will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
