How does setup work?
Two ways in, same result. Do it yourself: sign up any time, day or night. If you have a website the AI scans it and builds itself around your business in about 15 minutes. Do it with us: book a call and we build it together on the spot. Either way, our team reviews your setup within a few days and fine tunes it with you, then keeps tuning it every week. You are never left to figure it out alone.
What do I get in Week 1?
A complete missed-call rescue. Your dedicated AI number goes live, the AI answers every call 24/7, every call becomes a message on your phone, spam and robocalls filtered out, every call recorded. The AI runs on smart defaults for your trade. This week alone catches the jobs that would have walked. That's the whole point. It works from day one.
What changes from Week 2 onwards?
From Week 2 we go deeper. You pick your own AI voice and your own setup — we help tune it, change it, customise it however you want. We build the knowledge base around your services, set up custom routing rules, connect your CRM, and our team starts the weekly tuning to keep the AI getting smarter. Week 1 catches the leak. Week 2 onwards turns it into a proper receptionist.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. We provision a brand new Australian mobile number for you to use as part of your subscription. You have two options: use the new AI number in your advertising, signs and quotes so every new enquiry goes through it, AND keep your existing number on the tools and forward calls to the AI number whenever you're busy, on the phone, or after hours. Most tradies do both. You decide during onboarding. The number stays active for as long as you're subscribed.
What happens after 30 days?
Your trial ends. At that point, we present you with the $69 per week option, billed monthly at $297. No credit card required upfront. You trial the AI completely free for 30 days, see the leads it captures, and then decide if it's worth it.
Will it sound like a robot?

What does "done for you" actually mean?
You give us the info, we do the rest. If you've got a website, we scan it and pull the information we need to speed things up. No website? No worries — answer 15 quick questions about your services, service area, hot lead criteria, and after-hours rules. Either way, we turn that into a tuned AI receptionist, build out the knowledge base, set up the routing rules, and connect your CRM. You stay on the tools. We do all the configuration and ongoing tuning.
What if my customers want to talk to me directly?
If a caller asks for you by name, or it sounds like a genuine emergency, the AI puts them straight through to your mobile. You set the rules during onboarding. The AI follows them.
Is there a limit on how many calls the AI handles?
Zero Missed is not a call dump. Every call your agent handles gets reviewed by our team so it gets sharper over time. Your plan covers the call volume of a busy trades business with room to move. Most clients never go near the edge. What you are paying for is a service that improves week on week, not just a phone that answers.
What if it does not work for my business?
Then it costs you nothing. Your first 30 days are completely free, so you judge it on real calls and real leads before a dollar changes hands. If it hasn't proven itself by the end of the trial, walk away. And after you subscribe, there's no contract, cancel any time from your phone.
I am not very techy. Will this be too hard?
No. The onboarding course walks you through it step by step. Short videos, 2 to 5 minutes each. Watch one, tick the box, move to the next.
